Club Update
It has come to the our attention that a number of members have been unable to obtain their
stickers and membership cards for the 2021/2022 year
If you have paid and would like to receive these in the mail please email [email protected] and
confirm your postal address and we will arrange to do this as soon as possible.
Membership is due for those who have not paid yet

With the holiday season almost upon us there will be more of us boating over the next weeks.
Please ensure your safety equipment is up to date and be safe on the water. Fisheries have
already started patrolling and one of our members was fortunate to only receive a warning for
flares being a month out of date.
Remember the Comps over the holidays and get involved, especially the kids, check your
emails over the last few weeks for Comp details
Snapper and gummies have been caught in reasonable numbers by those who put the time in.
Tuna are showing up and should increase over the holidays and hopefully kingies as well
The FADs were reinstated early this month so check them out for fish activity

JAN MENZEL RESIGNS AS TREASURER
Jan handed in her resignation as Treasurer at last week’s Committee Meeting, we have reluctantly accepted her resignation, but she will stay on the Committee
She is a Life Member and was our Treasurer for 23 years, an amazing feat
We extend a huge vote of thanks to Jan and presented her with a 65 inch Sony TV from the Club for her hard work and total dedication.
She was overcome at the time as you can see from the photos
We all love you Jan
